Middle School Life [Too Much Drama]

Middle school is so much drama.  Hey guys, I am a 6th grader at BBMS middle school, other 6th graders understand middle school like I do.   I’m here to talk about how parents always say “well when I was a kid”,  my parents do too.  Lets say every 6th graders parents are about age 35,  back in the old days “no offense” back in 1986,  25 years ago!  From movies that I’ve seen, parents that I’ve met,  lecturing from my parents, its a different time.  It  seems back when our parents were in school, if they were bullied they could just tell, and get it over with, but now a days it’s different.  If you tell, all your friends will pick on you, the person bullying you will get you back, trust me, I’ve been in this situation.

Spring Break Is No Break For Parents!!!

For children of all ages it is a week of vacation and for parents it is planning time.  Children need to stay busy doing productive things, healthy activities.  My older  nephews each have a  different week off being that they go to different schools.  I feel for parents who do not have family support, okay, not everyone has the ideal family support  however, for those who do, it is a blessing.  Family can encompass great supportive friends as well.  It is always going to have a deeper meaning to accomplish everything on your own, but everyone would love to have a helping hand now and then.  Especially now a days with both working parents, or single parents.

A Little Recognition To My Mom And Dad

Two of the most hardworking, active Seniors I know!  They keep up with the young folks.  My parents come from the kick Ass generation!  Fine quality people.  They never knew what debt was, worked for everything they have.  Mom and Dad have always been generous souls.  They devote their time and energy  to their kids and grand kids.  They come flawed, as all  humans do, but I am so very proud , and fortunate to have them in my life.  I hope that in their lifetime I can repay them for their devotion, unselfishness and unconditional love.
